Are we honoring God with our hearts—or just our habits? In Mark 7:1–23, Jesus confronts the Pharisees for elevating human traditions above God’s commandments. What began as helpful practices had slowly replaced true obedience. Jesus makes it clear: the real issue isn’t outward behavior—it’s the condition of the heart. In this message, we explore the difference between tradition and truth, routine and relationship, appearance and transformation. It’s possible to look spiritually polished while being spiritually distant. But Jesus invites us into something deeper—a faith that flows from a changed heart.
